Job summary

Fox World Travel seeks a Vacation Travel Advisor to complete an eight-week on-site training program at our Wisconsin locations, starting at $15/hour. After training, earn up to $16/hour with uncapped commission potential tied to performance.

This is a full-time, in-office role with comprehensive benefits and opportunities to grow. You'll handle client inquiries via chat, phone, email, and in person, and build travel itineraries while leveraging our CRM and partnerships with suppliers.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of Fox World Travel’s Vacation Travel 8+/- week training program.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills with the ability to promote and sell travel products.

Responsibilities

• Meet client needs and build value while promoting Fox World Travel services.
• Respond to client travel requests for reservations (airline, hotel, car, cruise, tour).
• Sell leisure travel services and assist with insurance options.
• Support preferred suppliers to ensure quality vacations for clients.
• Maintain client profiles in the CRM with special requests and rewards.
