Job summary

Fox World Travel is seeking a Vacation Travel Advisor in Wisconsin. You will plan and sell vacations for leisure clients, handling airline, hotel, and other arrangements with a focus on excellent service and client satisfaction.

The role offers a hybrid schedule, uncapped commission potential, and access to supplier FAM opportunities. A background in travel sales and knowledge of destinations are essential.

Qualifications

• 1 year+ leisure travel booking experience at a travel agency; CRM/booking tools experience ideal.
• Degree or certification in Hospitality/Travel preferred.
• Strong sales, commercial awareness, and communication/negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of travel industry codes, international travel requirements.
• Ability to work in a team and adapt to a changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan and sell transportation, accommodations, and travel services for leisure clients.
• Respond to travel requests quickly and courteously.
• Qualify clients, advise on destinations, dates, costs, and accommodations.
• Support suppliers to ensure quality vacations and stay updated on industry offerings.
• Provide excellent service and resolve issues promptly while using CRM tools.
