Qualifications

• At least 1 year of leisure travel booking experience with a proven sales track record.
• Experience with booking tools and CRM programs; ClientBase preferred.
• Degree in Hospitality, Travel, Tourism, Business or relevant field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Actively plan and sell leisure travel including transportation, accommodations, and insurance.
• Respond to client requests and advise on destinations, dates, and costs.
• Maintain knowledge of supplier rules and stay updated on industry developments.
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external clients.
