Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in fashion design, legwear preferred.
• Strong portfolio showcasing legwear design work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Knowledge of garment construction and textile fundamentals.
• Good understanding of market trends and consumer preferences.
• Effective communication and collaboration in a fast-paced team.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the design team to develop original legwear designs.
• Research fashion trends, color palettes, materials, and silhouettes.
• Create sketches and CAD renderings with technical specs.
• Source materials and trims with focus on quality and cost.
• Develop prototypes with product development and sample teams.
• Prepare tech packs and detailed drawings for vendors.
• Assist in color development and print/pattern selection.
• Participate in fit sessions and adjust designs as needed.
• Monitor trends and opportunities for differentiation.
• Work with merchandising, production, and marketing to align vision.
