United Legwear & Apparel Company is seeking a designer to own the design of Performance Socks for the Stance license, guiding concepts from ideation to delivery. You will shape strategy based on consumer and channel insights to deliver premium, on-brand products in collaboration with Merchandising, Development, and Marketing.

The role calls for a strong design portfolio, knitwear expertise, and the ability to balance creativity with market drivers in a fast-paced team environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Product Design, Industrial Design, Textile Design or related field.
• 5-7 years’ experience in circular knit designing Socks.
• Experience with wholesale and direct channels.
• Strong graphic and print creation background.
• Skilled in sketching, Adobe Creative Suite and 3D visualization tools.
• Portfolio showing performance product design with knitting innovation and functional solutions.

Responsibilities

• Balance creative vision with volume drivers to achieve revenue performance and profitability.
• Partner with Merchandising and Marketing to drive results through product marketing.
• Drive delivery against all design dates and gates throughout the GTM cycle.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Production, Merchandising, Development, Marketing, and E‑Commerce.
• Introduce innovative product ideas to drive the Socks business with clear consumer needs.
• Contribute to seasonal color and pattern direction.
• Attend required training workshops for upskilling and performance-related functions.
