Job summary

You will review proto samples, test new concepts, distribute samples, and oversee product deployment to maintain high-quality standards and on-time delivery. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Fashion or related field and 2–3 years of design or product development experience, with strong skills in

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion or related area is required.
• 2–3 years of experience in design or product development, preferably in legwear.
• Knowledge of fashion trends, color, fabric and style.
• Strong eye for color, texture and pattern; detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Review worksheets for accurate details during development.
• Coordinate with factories to adhere to development schedules.
• Approve product details and pre-production samples.
• Plan and coordinate development activities to ensure timely completion.
• Develop best practices to optimize development procedures.
• Review lab dips and yarn selections for new styles.
• Inspect sock samples for spec measurements, color, and features.
• Maintain information flow between design, development and overseas vendors.
• Collaborate with production to ensure samples match pre-production and final production.
• Perform additional duties as needed.
