Job summary

Nexplore is seeking an in-person instructor to deliver STEM, Digital Tech, Art, Life Skills and/or Fitness programs to PreK-12 students at various sites. Supplied with training, lesson plans, curriculum, and materials, you will prepare for instruction and teach students under the supervision of a Program Success Manager.

This part-time role requires reliable transportation, strong communication, and a commitment to scheduled assignments including mini camps and field trips.

Qualifications

• 2+ years teaching/instructing (preferred).
• Experience working with children.
• Great communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Follow a provided schedule, arrive on time and prepared to teach.
• Deliver standard-aligned instruction that fosters critical thinking and joy in learning.
• Engage in professional, responsive communication with the Program Success Manager and site personnel.
• Deliver instruction from Nexplore’s programs, offering accommodations/extensions as needed.
• Participate in family engagement efforts and support student access to Nexplore programs.
