Job summary

Delaware North at TD Garden in Boston, MA is hiring Hosts to join our Legends Restaurant team. As a Host, you will welcome guests, manage the host station, and help create a seamless dining experience.

Responsibilities include reviewing seating plans, seating guests, maintaining wait times, ensuring cleanliness, and assisting guests with questions. Prior guest service experience is preferred; no diploma required.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a guest service environment preferred
• Ability to maintain a high energy level in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to effectively communicate with guests and team members
• No high school diploma or GED required

• Seat guests and maintain control of wait times
• Inspect dining and serving areas to ensure cleanliness and proper setup
• Speak with guests to ensure satisfaction with food and service, respond to complaints, and thank guests as they are leaving
• Answer the restaurant telephone line during assigned hours of operation
