Job summary

Delaware North Boston Holdings is hiring a part-time Club Host to join our team at TD Garden in Boston, Massachusetts. You will provide positive, polished, and prompt guest service to Boston Garden Society guests at Bruins and Celtics games, concerts, and other events.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, confirming access, and acting as a knowledge hub for amenities and offerings. You must work nights and weekends (minimum 50% of events) and be comfortable handling guest inquiries and

Responsibilities

• Build professional rapport with TD Garden guests and welcome guests to Boston Garden Society clubs and lounges by confirming access and providing a wristband.
• Be a subject matter expert on Boston Garden Society amenities, food & beverage offerings, activations, and more.
• Handle complaints in a professional manner, escalating to management when necessary and provide resolutions to guests.

As a Club Host, you will be responsible for providing positive, polished, and prompt guest service to Boston Garden Society guests at Bruins and Celtics games, concerts, and other events.

Pay

$17.00 – $17.00 / hour

What will you do?

• Build professional rapport with clients who visit TD Garden often for events, and welcome guests to Boston Garden Society clubs and lounges by confirming access and providing a wristband


• Be a subject matter expert on all things Boston Garden Society, including guest amenities, food and beverage offerings, activations, and more


• Handle complaints in a professional manner, escalating to management as necessary, and administer service recovery by providing guests with resolutions to issues


• Field incoming phone calls from suite clients and guests with various requests and relay such requests accordingly


• Collaborate with various departments to ensure the smooth operation of events

More about you

• Must be at least 18 years old


• Must be able to work nights and weekends, a minimum of 50% of events in each calendar month


• Must be an outspoken person who is comfortable working directly with a high volume of guests and clients
  Must be willing to work under pressure to solve problems in a quick and efficient manner


• Experience working in customer service in a fast-paced environment preferred

Physical requirements

• Must be able to work in loud environments with flashing lights and lasers


• Must be able to push wheelchairs and other assertivedevices


• Must be able to use a radio with an ear-piece
