The role focuses on driving sales, training teams, and enforcing policies while maintaining safety and quality in a high-volume environment. You will manage liquor operations, scheduling, and performance evaluations, with opportunities for career growth within a people-first culture.

Formación

• Experience managing Front of House teams in a hospitality or restaurant setting.
• Ability to train and develop staff, conduct performance feedback.
• Proven skill in recruiting, interviewing, and staffing schedules.
• Strong focus on guest experience and service standards.
• Knowledge of food safety procedures and safe food handling.
• Experience managing liquor orders and controlling costs.

Responsabilidades
