You will manage training, scheduling, and performance, while ensuring compliance and guest satisfaction in a high-volume environment.

The role emphasizes people development, liquor control, and leading a team to maintain safety, quality, and a welcoming atmosphere across all shifts.

• Oversee all Front of House daily operations.
• Lead, train and develop Front of House staff and managers.
• Ensure compliance with safety and service standards.
• Manage liquor orders and costs while adhering to laws.
