Texas Roadhouse is seeking a legendary Kitchen Manager to oversee all Back of House operations, including purchasing, receiving, preparing, and presenting food in line with recipes and procedures.

You will supervise production, enforce safety and cleanliness, manage schedules, coach staff, conduct line Taste & Temp checks, control food costs, and partner with management to hire and develop tomorrow's leaders.

Formación

• Experience leading Back of House teams in a high-volume setting.
• Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Proven ability to manage labor and food costs while maintaining quality.
