Job summary

Responsibilities

• Driving sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction
• Overseeing cleanliness of restaurant and safety of guests
• Providing or directing Front of House training
• Managing performance of Front of House employees including evaluations, coaching, and discipline
• Managing liquor orders and controlling liquor costs
• Enforcing liquor laws and Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines
• Developing key employees through feedback
• Reviewing applications and hiring Front of House staff
• Directing work for employees including scheduling and task assignment
• Creating a fun, safe environment via core values and incentives
• Understanding safe food handling procedures
