Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Team Member to help deliver a Legendary Customer Experience in our store. You will interact with customers and teammates, support selling initiatives, and perform assigned tasks during shifts that vary by store needs.

Responsibilities include operating the cash register, stocking merchandise, completing Plan-o-gram procedures, and ensuring birds and poultry safety where applicable. Training and safety requirements apply.

Qualifications

• No experience required; retail experience is a plus.
• Must read, write, and count accurately.
• Willingness to work varied hours including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular, predictable attendance and flexible scheduling.
• Operate cash register following procedures; assist customers at the point of sale.
• Stock, merchandise recovery, and assist with freight processing and Plan-o-grams.
• Assemble merchandise and perform light janitorial duties.
• Process price changes/markdowns; load purchases for customers when needed.
• Operate forklift and baler only if age 18+; ensure safe store operations.
• Contribute to a Legendary Customer Experience and uphold safety standards.
