Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Team Member to engage customers and fellow team members while supporting selling initiatives and daily tasks, delivering a Legendary Customer Experience.

As a Team Member, you’ll be available for varied shifts, operate the cash register, merchandise, stock, and assist customers with loading purchases, with safety and birds care a priority in our wider store operations.

Qualifications

• Team Members must be able to read, write and count accurately.
• Retail or farming knowledge is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work varied hours, including nights, weekends and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service using GURA: Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend, Add value.
• Operate cash register and handle cash per procedures.
• Stock, merchandise, and recover merchandise as needed.
• Assist customers with loading purchases and ensure bird care when required.
