Job summary

Tractor Supply Company seeks Team Members to engage with customers and fellow teammates, support selling initiatives, and complete assigned tasks while delivering a Legendary Customer Experience.

Responsibilities include operating the cash register, stocking, merchandising, and ensuring safe handling of poultry, with a focus on teamwork and flexible hours. Training and safety guidance provided.

Qualifications

• No experience required; retail experience and/or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is strongly preferred.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, reading/writing/counting ability required.

Responsibilities

• Operate cash register/computer and follow cash handling procedures.
• Recover merchandise and participate in mandatory freight process.
• Complete Plan-o-gram procedures (merchandising, sets, resets).
• Assemble merchandise and perform janitorial duties.
• Execute price changes/markdowns and operate forklift (if age allows).
• Assist customers with loading purchases and ensure a Legendary shopping experience.
• Safely handle poultry; maintain poultry holding tanks.
• Complete documentation for duties performed.
