Job summary

Tractor Supply seeks a Team Member to engage customers and team members, support selling initiatives, and perform assigned tasks while delivering a Legendary Customer Experience.

Shifts vary, with the ability to work evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed. Experience not required; basic computer skills and strong communication are valued, and responsibilities include cash handling, merchandising, and safety around birds.

Qualifications

• No experience required; retail experience and/or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is strongly preferred.
• Ability to read, write and count accurately.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers and team members to deliver Legendary Customer Service.
• Operate cash register/computer following cash handling procedures.
• Support merchandising and stock recovery; participate in freight and plan-o-gram processes.
• Assemble merchandise and perform janitorial duties; execute price changes/markdowns.
• Operate forklift and cardboard baler (as age permits); assist customers with loading purchases.
• Ensure the customer has a Legendary shopping experience and bird safety in poultry areas.
• Complete all documentation associated with the listed duties.
