Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is looking for a Team Member to engage customers, support selling initiatives, and perform tasks that deliver a Legendary Customer Experience. You will help with merchandising, loading purchases, and keeping the store clean and organized.

The role involves varied shifts, potential overtime, and responsibilities that include operating the cash register, assisting customers, and ensuring poultry care compliance. Prior retail or farming knowledge is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is strongly preferred.
• Reading, writing and counting accurately required.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work varied shifts including nights, weekends and overtime as needed.
• Operate cash register and follow cash handling procedures.
• Assist customers with loading purchases and provide Legendary Customer Service.
• Complete Plan-o-gram procedures and merchandising tasks.
• Ensure safe handling of poultry and birds.
• Perform janitorial and stock-recovery duties.
• Participate in freight process and price changes as required.
