Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Team Member to greet customers, help locate products, and support selling initiatives while ensuring a Legendary Customer Experience. The role requires flexibility to work varied shifts and perform duties with accuracy and safety in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities include cash handling, merchandise recovery, Plan-o-grams, loading assistance, and maintaining poultry areas when required.

Qualifications

• No experience required; retail experience or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is strongly preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required; ability to read, write and count accurately.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills; ability to work with customers and teammates.

Responsibilities

• Operate cash register and follow cash handling procedures.
• Recover merchandise and participate in freight and merchandising processes.
• Assist customers with loading purchases and ensure a Legendary Customer Experience.
• Maintain a clean and safe store environment and comply with safety guidelines.
