Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Team Member to engage customers, support selling initiatives and perform assigned tasks while delivering a Legendary Customer Experience.

As a Team Member you will be available for varied shifts, handle the cash register, assist customers with loading purchases, stock merchandise, and help maintain safe poultry areas. No experience required; high school diploma preferred, strong communication and reliability valued.

Qualifications

• Experience not required; retail, farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts with varied hours, days, nights, weekends and overtime as needed.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA: Greet the Customer; Uncover Needs; Recommend Solutions; Add Value.
• Operate cash register and handle cash following procedures.
• Stock and merchandise recovery; participate in freight and merchandising tasks.
• Assist customers with loading purchases and ensure a Legendary shopping experience.
• Ensure safety and well-being of birds and poultry areas.
• Complete all documentation related to duties.

Education
