Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Team Member to engage customers, support selling initiatives, and perform store duties to deliver a Legendary Customer Experience. The role requires flexibility for varied shifts, weekend work, and strong service orientation.

You may operate cash register, stock duties, merchandising plans, and assist customers while maintaining poultry areas and safety. Benefits and training support are provided by the company.

Qualifications

• No experience required; retail or farming knowledge preferred.
• Must be able to read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Operate cash register and follow cash handling procedures.
• Recover merchandise and participate in freight process.
• Complete Plan-o-gram procedures and merchandising tasks.
• Assemble merchandise and perform janitorial duties.
• Execute price changes and markdowns; operate forklift/baler if 18+.
• Assist customers with loading purchases; ensure legendary customer experience.
• Ensure safety and well-being of birds and poultry and maintain holding tanks.
• Complete all documentation for duties; perform other duties as assigned.
