Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Team Member to interact with customers and fellow team members, supporting selling initiatives and completing tasks while delivering a Legendary Customer Experience.

As a Team Member, you will handle cash registers, merchandise recovery, freight processes, merchandising plans, and customer loading, while maintaining a safe and welcoming store environment across varied shifts.

Qualifications

• No experience required; retail or farming experience strongly preferred.
• Must be able to read, write and count accurately.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Welding knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work varied hours including nights, weekends and overtime.
• Greet customers and uncover needs; recommend solutions.
• Operate cash register and handle cash per procedures.
• Assist customers with loading purchases.
• Complete Plan-o-gram procedures and merchandise assembly.
• Ensure the safety and well‑being of birds.
