Tractor Supply Company is hiring a Team Member to interact with customers and teammates, support selling initiatives, and deliver Legendary Customer Experience. You will manage cash registers, assist with loading purchases, and help maintain merchandising and store presentation.

This role requires flexibility in shifts, the ability to work indoors, and adherence to safety procedures. No experience is required, though retail, farming, or pet-related knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer-facing roles is preferred.
• Ability to read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Provide Legendary Customer Experience and assist customers and team members.
• Operate cash register and handle purchases following procedures.
• Recover merchandise and participate in freight processes.
• Complete Plan-o-gram merchandising and price changes.
• Assist customers with loading purchases and ensure safe handling of birds.
