Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking Team Members to engage customers and teammates, support selling initiatives, and perform assigned tasks to deliver a Legendary Customer Experience. You will be part of a team that values flexible hours and strong communication, while handling transactions and maintaining store standards.

Responsibilities include operating the cash register, merchandise recovery, merchandising resets, and assisting customers with loading purchases.

Qualifications

• No experience required; retail and/or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is strongly preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required; read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service using GURA: Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend, Add value, Appreciate.
• Operate cash register/computer and follow cash handling procedures.
• Assist customers with loading purchases and merchandise recovery.
• Ensure safe handling of birds and poultry and complete all related documentation.
