Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Team Member to provide outstanding customer service and support selling initiatives. You will handle cash and help maintain product displays, stock, and store cleanliness while ensuring a Legendary shopping experience for every customer.

Responsibilities include operating the POS, stocking merchandise, merchandising plans, and assisting customers with loading purchases. Flexible shifts and a focus on safety are emphasized throughout the role.

Qualifications

• Retail experience and/or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is strongly preferred.
• Must be able to read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Operate cash register / POS system following cash handling procedures.
• Recovery of merchandise and participation in mandatory freight process.
• Complete Plan-o-gram procedures (merchandising, sets, and resets).
• Assemble merchandise and perform janitorial duties.
• Execute price changes/markdowns and operate forklift (if age permits).
• Assist customers with loading purchases and ensure a Legendary customer experience.
