Job summary

The Team Member at Tractor Supply Company interacts with customers and team members to support selling initiatives and perform assigned tasks, while delivering a Legendary Customer Experience.

This role requires flexibility to work varied hours, including nights and weekends, and includes responsibilities such as greeting customers, uncovering needs, recommending products, handling cash, merchandising, and ensuring safety with birds where applicable.

Qualifications

• No experience required; retail or farming knowledge is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; reading/writing/counting required.
• Ability to work varied hours, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and uncover needs to guide product recommendations.
• Handle cash register and follow cash handling procedures.
• Recover merchandise and participate in freight processes.
• Complete plan-o-gram procedures and merchandising resets.
• Assemble merchandise and perform basic janitorial duties.
• Assist customers with loading purchases and ensure a Legendary experience.
• Maintain safety and care for birds as required.
