Tractor Supply Company is looking for a Team Member to interact with customers and teammates, support selling initiatives, and perform assigned tasks to deliver a Legendary Customer Experience.

We value flexibility, attendance, and the ability to work varied hours including nights and weekends. Responsibilities include cash handling, merchandising, stocking, cleaning, and ensuring customer satisfaction with a focus on poultry safety.

Qualifications

• No experience required; retail or farming knowledge strongly preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required; read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts including varied hours, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA: Greet, uncover needs, recommend solutions, add value and show appreciation.
• Operate cash register and follow cash handling procedures.
• Recover merchandise and participate in mandatory freight process.
• Complete Plan-o-gram procedures and merchandising setups.
• Assemble merchandise and perform cleaning duties.
• Execute price changes/markdowns and operate forklift/baler if age eligible.
• Assist customers with loading purchases and ensure a Legendary shopping experience.
• Ensure bird safety and proper sanitation of poultry holding tanks.
• Complete all documentation for duties.
