Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Team Member to engage with customers and teammates, support selling initiatives and perform tasks while delivering a Legendary Customer Experience. The role requires flexibility in shifts, strong customer service, and adherence to safety and store procedures.

Responsibilities include cash handling, merchandising, stocking, and assisting customers with loading purchases. Physical work and occasional forklift/baler use may be required for eligible staff.

Qualifications

• No experience required; retail experience and/or farming knowledge is preferred.
• Must be able to read, write and count accurately.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance and be available for varied shifts.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service using GURA: Greet, Uncover Needs, Recommend, Add Value.
• Operate cash register; perform cash handling procedures.
• Recover merchandise and participate in freight, plan-o-gram, and merchandising duties.
• Assemble merchandise, load purchases for customers, and ensure a safe shopping experience.
• Operate forklift and baler where age and policies permit, and complete all required documentation.
