Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Team Member to interact with customers and team members, support selling initiatives, and perform assigned tasks to deliver a Legendary Customer Experience.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, uncovering needs, recommending product solutions, and executing store duties such as merchandising, stocking, and POS transactions. Shifts vary and may include evenings, weekends, and overtime.

Qualifications

• Must be available and flexible with varied hours, including nights, weekends and overtime.
• Ability to read, write and count accurately.
• Demonstrates strong customer service and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Operate cash register and follow cash handling procedures.
• Assist customers with loading purchases and answer questions.
• Maintain store appearance, stock merchandise and participate in merchandising duties.
• Ensure a Legendary Customer Experience through attentive service.
