Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Team Member to interact with customers and fellow team members, support selling initiatives, and perform a range of assigned tasks. You will help deliver a Legendary Customer Experience by greeting customers, uncovering needs, recommending products, and ensuring satisfaction.

The role requires flexibility to work various shifts and a commitment to safety and teamwork. Responsibilities include operating the POS system, stocking and merchandising, and assisting

Qualifications

• No experience required; retail or farming experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Ability to read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work varied hours including nights, weekends, and overtime.
• Provide Legendary Customer Service following GURA.
• Operate cash register and handle cash procedures.
• Recover merchandise and participate in freight process.
• Complete Plan-o-gram procedures and merchandising tasks.
• Assemble merchandise and perform janitorial duties.
• Execute price changes and operate forklifts (where age permits).
• Assist customers with loading purchases and ensure a Legendary shopping experience.
• Ensure bird safety and care for poultry; complete related documentation.
