Qualifications

• No experience required; retail or farming knowledge preferred.
• High school diploma preferred but not required; read, write, and count
• Must be able to work varied hours including nights and weekends
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work varied hours, days, nights, weekends, and overtime as business needs dictate.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA: Greet, Uncover Needs, Recommend Solutions, Add Value, Appreciate.
• Operate cash register and handle transactions per procedures.
• Merchandise recovery, freight processing, plan-o-gram procedures, assembly of merchandise, janitorial duties, price changes.
• Operate forklift and baler (if 18+).
• Assist customers with loading purchases; ensure Legendary shopping experience.
• Ensure birds/poultry safety and sanitation.
• Complete all documentation for duties.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
