You will expertly create, format, and proofread complex legal documents across multiple practice areas, using advanced Word features and document-management tools.

The role focuses on high-volume, precise document production, including PDFs, templates, and branding. Ideal candidates have 80+ WPM, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently

Qualifications

• Advanced Microsoft Word skills and automation, navigation, Track Changes, mail merge, styles, numbering, footnotes, indices, tables of contents, and authorities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with NetDocuments or another document management system.
• Minimum typing speed of 80 WPM.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, revise, format, and proofread complex legal documents.
• Convert PDFs to Word and vice versa; format with cross-refs, TOCs, and authorities.
• Revise documents from handwritten edits, PDFs, and tracked changes.
• Set up templates and mail-merge letters; prepare pleadings for discovery.
• Format PowerPoint presentations using templates and branding.
• Create and update Excel spreadsheets with filters and basic formulas.
• Prepare PDFs, links, and bookmarked binders; manage headers/footers and redactions.
