Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 2 years of legal technology or legal operations experience.
• Residence within commutable distance to the assigned firm office with onsite presence 3-4 days per week.
• Knowledge of legal technology systems, AI, automation, and data governance.
• Experience in managing vendor relationships and technical troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute data transfer, validation, and cleanup activities within legal workflows.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and identify solutions related to legal technology systems.
• Collect and analyze metrics to monitor data operations and performance.
• Support system integrations by executing data exports and transformations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and workflow functionality.
