Global Law Firm is seeking a Practice Innovation Workflow Coordinator to join its Practice Innovation team in Charlotte, Chicago, Washington D.C., or New York. This hybrid role focuses on improving legal service delivery through technology adoption, data management, and workflow optimization.

You will troubleshoot issues, manage data operations, support system integrations, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and efficient workflows.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in legal technology or legal operations.
• Residence within a commutable distance to the assigned firm office with onsite presence 3-4 days per week.
• Knowledge of legal technology systems, AI, automation, and data governance.
• Experience in managing vendor relationships and technical troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute data transfer, validation, and cleanup activities within legal workflows.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and identify solutions related to legal technology systems.
• Collect and analyze metrics to monitor data operations and performance.
