Job summary

Proskauer Rose LLP is seeking an Innovation & Transformation Specialist (Legal Technology) in New York. This role drives technology enablement, training, and continuous improvement across the firm to optimize how lawyers work with AI and related tools.

You will design, deliver, and support tech solutions, partnering with lawyers and business professionals to improve practice workflows and knowledge repositories, while ensuring responsible AI use and adoption.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a law firm or professional services environment.
Familiarity with the legal practice environment and how legal services are delivered, transformed, and improved.
Experience with legal technology, including generative AI, collaboration platforms, document automation, and related tools.

Responsibilities

Support delivery and implementation of in-scope legal technology from concept through go-live.
Design, build, and manage portals, collaboration sites, and document automation products to keep knowledge up-to-date.
Provide day-to-day management and BAU support of practice technology used by lawyers and staff.
Deliver tailored training and learning resources on firm technology and knowledge repositories.
Drive adoption of practice technology across the firm and embed tools into matter workflows.
Support AI-enabled products rollout, training, and day-to-day enablement within scope.
Triage user issues and route escalation as needed.
Design and maintain QA workflows for updates to portals and client-facing apps.
Capture adoption metrics and feed insights into improvement processes.
Provide flexible coverage and smooth handovers to teammates as priorities shift.
