Job summary

The role bridges attorneys, staff, business units, and IT, focusing on training, AI enablement, workflow analysis, and process improvement.

You will develop practical AI use cases, educate on secure and ethical tech use, and create training materials for diverse audiences across multiple offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in information systems, education, business, communications, legal studies, or related field.
• Minimum of three years in legal technology training, adoption, or related role.
• Experience creating and delivering end-user training programs.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and deliver training programs for attorneys and staff on firm technologies.
• Coordinate onboarding and training for new attorneys and staff.
• Provide one-on-one and group training across multiple office locations, including virtual sessions.
• Create curricula, guides, videos, and knowledge base articles.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and promote technology adoption.
