Job summary

Legora is redefining how legal work gets done. We seek a seasoned in-house lawyer with ops mindset to bridge legal, product, and client success. You’ll partner with GC teams, lead pilots to enterprise adoption, and translate user insights into product direction.

You’ll drive demos and training, craft scalable playbooks, and map AI's impact on contract workflows and compliance across global teams.

Qualifications

• You come from the world of in-house law and understand how legal teams think and operate.
• Experience with legal operations, process improvement, or technology implementation is a plus.
• You can translate legal and business needs into practical tech-enabled solutions.
• You communicate clearly with diverse stakeholders from GC to engineers.
• You bring calm and credibility in a fast-moving environment.
• You tackle ambiguity and drive improvement with new technologies.

Responsibilities

• Act as a thought partner to General Counsels and legal ops leaders to scale Legora.
• Own client relationships from pilots to enterprise adoption across legal teams.
• Advise product teams by sharing insights from in-house users to inform roadmap.
• Deliver compelling product demos and training to diverse audiences.
• Document best practices and help build scalable playbooks for global growth.
• Evaluate ROI and impact of AI across contract management and compliance.
