Job summary

Legora AB is redefining how legal work gets done for tax and legal advisory teams. The role blends legal ops, product specialization, and client-facing responsibilities to help top advisory teams maximize Legora’s platform.

You’ll engage with Big 4 and professional services firms, shape adoption across jurisdictions, and translate complex requirements into scalable product insights and client value.

Qualifications

• Background in law or tax with Big 4 exposure or leading professional services practice.
• Tech-curious and product-savvy, not necessarily a coder.
• Clear, confident communication with diverse stakeholders across tax, legal, consulting teams.
• Ability to bring structure to ambiguity and energy to complexity in a fast-moving environment.
• Evaluate and improve processes using new and emerging technologies (AI, automation, etc).
• Proactive, self-directed, able to juggle multiple client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Act as a thought partner to tax partners, legal advisory leaders, and consulting teams, building trusted relationships and identifying high-value opportunities.
• Collaborate with Go To Market and Customer Success to lead client relationships from pilots to onboarding and firm-wide adoption.
• Be the voice of tax and legal advisory users inside Legora to inform product development and strategic direction.
• Deliver clear product demos and training to tax partners, global advisory teams, and legal consultants.
• Document best practices and help shape scalable playbooks for global growth of this function.
• Assist teams in navigating AI adoption, mapping impact across service lines from tax compliance to regulatory advisory.
