Job summary

Integris is seeking a Legal Practice Leader (Remote) to build and grow the legal vertical, acting as SME for legal technology and AI. You’ll translate workflows into scalable managed IT, cybersecurity, compliance, and AI-enabled services for mid‑sized law firms.

You’ll collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Solutions Architecture, and Delivery to drive revenue growth, develop offerings, and position Integris as a trusted technology advisor in the legal space.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a legal environment with technology decisions.
• Experience designing or managing technology workflows in law firms or legal departments.
• Familiarity with major legal software platforms and cybersecurity/compliance awareness.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the legal vertical go‑to‑market strategy and offerings.
• Lead security, AI, and compliance considerations for legal tech products.
• Partner with Sales/Marketing to craft law firm targeted materials and ROI frameworks.
• Conduct workflow assessments and technology evaluations for clients.
• Represent Integris at legal industry events and conferences.
• Mentor teams and drive cross‑functional collaboration.
