Relativity is expanding its Legal AI Consultant team, seeking a practicing or former lawyer to drive adoption of AI for legal workflows. You will engage lawyers, demonstrate value, and translate complex AI capabilities into practical guidance.

The role spans pre- and post-sale activities, with collaboration across product, engineering, and customer success teams. Ideal candidates bring 3+ years of legal practice, strong communication, and experience in client-facing roles.

Qualifications

• Qualified lawyer admitted to practice in at least one jurisdiction in EMEA.
• Minimum 3+ years of legal practice at a law firm or in-house team.
• Strong understanding of legal workflows and practitioner needs.
• Excellent written and oral communication with senior audiences.
• Curiosity about AI's potential in legal work.
• Experience in client-facing roles is a plus.
• Ability to work cross-functionally in fast-moving environments.
• Hands-on with legal AI tools, including Relativity aiR.

Responsibilities

• Engage lawyers as primary users across firms and corporate teams.
• Lead discovery, product demos, and adoption discussions.
• Support onboarding, training, and post-sale value realization.
• Provide feedback to product/engineering on user needs.
• Bridge legal workflows with RelativityOne AI capabilities.
