Katten is seeking a Practice Innovation Analyst to help modernize legal service delivery through technology and data science. You will work with lawyers, clients, and internal teams to pilot new tools and improve processes with a hybrid on-site/remote model across multiple offices.

The role emphasizes collaboration, research, and hands-on project execution within the firm’s innovation program, including AI efforts and vendor management.

Qualificações

• The ideal candidate holds a JD and has at least one year in a large law firm or legal tech.
• Experience with legal tech, process improvement, design thinking, or data science is preferred.
• Familiarity with AI tools used in legal practice is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Support ongoing implementations of emerging technologies across the firm.
• Collaborate with lawyers and business teams to deploy innovative client solutions.
• Research trends and best practices in legal innovation and AI.
• Coordinate software pilots, trainings, and feedback collection.
• Assist with governance, documentation, and project intake processes.
• Partner with Katten DataLAB to address client challenges.
