Qualifications

• J.D. degree preferred with 3+ years in a large law firm or legal tech
• Experience with legal tech tools, AI, and automation in a professional setting
• Ability to evaluate and pilot new legal tech, build business cases, and present to stakeholders
• Strong writing, editing, and communication skills for diverse audiences

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with lawyers, clients, and teams to drive innovation
• Design and deliver innovative client solutions and legal technologies
• Research and pilot tools, build ROI analyses to support recommendations
• Develop training materials and user guides for adoption of new tech
• Partner with data science team to deliver data-driven solutions
• Lead vendor evaluations and platform integration projects
• Oversee project intake, governance, and workflow architecture
• Coordinate AI initiatives including prompt engineering and workflows
• Advocate for innovation within the firm and with leadership
