Job summary

Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP seeks a Senior Practice Innovation Analyst to drive legal tech solutions and automation across the firm. The role requires hands-on configuration, stakeholder collaboration, and data-driven problem solving.

You will work across offices in Chicago, New York, LA or DC, contributing to innovation initiatives and AI projects with the Practice Innovation Advisor. Hybrid on-site and remote work is available.

Qualifications

• JD preferred; hands-on technical experience in legal tech or data science is a plus.
• Experience with legal technology tools and automation is highly preferred.
• Ability to build and configure solutions with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with lawyers and stakeholders to design and deliver innovative client solutions.
• Build and pilot tools, including data analysis and reporting, to support practice groups.
• Lead pilot programs, trainings, and vendor evaluations with ROI considerations.
• Own documentation, workflow tracking, and project intake for innovation priorities.
• Partner with Katten DataLAB to scope and deliver data-driven solutions.
