Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP is seeking a Practice Innovation Analyst to support the firm’s innovation initiatives and technology programs. You will work with lawyers, business teams, and external partners on pilot projects and new solutions.

The role emphasizes hands-on research, tooling evaluation, documentation, and collaboration with Katten DataLAB to address client challenges and improve service delivery. A JD is preferred and this position offers hybrid work across several offices.

Qualifications

• JD preferred; 1+ year in a large law firm or legal tech setting valued.
• Experience with emerging legal technologies and data science is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to distill complex info.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with lawyers and operations to advance innovation initiatives.
• Evaluate tools and processes to improve efficiency and client service.
• Develop training materials and user guides for new technologies.
• Support AI and GenAI efforts and pilot programs.
