Job summary

Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP seeks a Practice Innovation Analyst to support the firm's innovation initiatives across Chicago, New York, Los Angeles or Washington DC offices. The role combines project work, research, and collaboration with Katten DataLAB and external partners to drive efficient, technology-enabled legal services.

The ideal candidate has a JD preferred, experience in legal tech or process improvement, and strong communication and project management skills to deliver pilots,

Qualifications

Juris Doctor degree preferred.
Experience in legal technology, process improvement, or data-driven projects preferred.
Knowledge of AI tools used in legal services is a plus.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with lawyers, clients, firm leadership, and operational teams to advance innovation initiatives.
Support pilot programs, trainings, and governance across practice groups.
Research and evaluate tools that improve productivity and service quality.
Partner with Katten DataLAB to solve client challenges.
