Qualifications

• J.D. preferred with 1+ year at a large law firm or legal tech industry.
• Experience in emerging legal technologies, process improvement, design thinking, or data science.
• Familiar with AI tools such as Harvey, CoCounsel, Legora.
• Proficient in documenting and presenting complex information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with lawyers, clients, and teams to drive innovation.
• Research and evaluate tools to improve productivity and service quality.
• Develop training materials and guides for adoption of new technologies.
• Assist in AI and Gen AI efforts.
• Manage projects under the Practice Innovation Advisor.
