Job description

We are currently looking for a Legal Specialist. This role is perfect for those who thrive on creating order and are eager to grow in the field of international contracts.

What will you do on this project?
  • Search for information, study international law acts and standards (e.g. AI, data privacy).
  • Analyze third-party license agreements for products and services.
  • Prepare agreements and compliance documents both based on templates and from scratch.
  • Review clients’ edits to agreements.
  • Provide analysis for open-source licenses.
  • Manage the formation of compliance processes.
Knowledge and skills required
  • At least 1 year of experience in the IT industry.
  • Higher legal education.
  • Upper-intermediate English level (reading, writing, speaking).
  • Knowledge of business emailing rules.
  • Confident use of Google services: Inbox, Gmail, Drive, Documents, Sheets, Forms, Presentations.
  • Understanding of contract law principles.
  • Understanding of software licensing.
  • Understanding of software development process and technologies.
  • Understanding the process-oriented approach.
  • Deep understanding of contract law and IP law principles in international practice (US, EU).
  • Proactivity.
Would be a plus
  • Experience working in a product development company.
