Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in a client-focused field.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets in a client-focused environment.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with CRM and lead management.

Responsibilities

• Engage with potential clients to assess their legal needs and offer tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with the legal team to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-ups in the CRM system.
• Participate in weekly team meetings to share insights and strategies for improving client engagement.
• Stay informed about industry trends and legal updates to provide clients with relevant information.
• Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients to foster trust and repeat business.
• Contribute to team growth by sharing best practices and supporting colleagues.
• Extensive follow-up with potential new clients who have not yet retained us.
• Maintain a tracking system to monitor leads, new clients, and referral sources.
• Oversee the smooth transition of new cases to the legal team.
