Faber & Brand, LLC, a growing multi-state law firm, is seeking reliable, detail-oriented individuals for our Service Department. This is an in-person posting with training provided; no remote positions are offered.

You will coordinate service of legal documents, track cases to meet deadlines, and communicate with attorneys and service providers while ensuring proper legal notice. We offer paid training, 401(k), health benefits, advancement opportunities, and a supportive team environment where

Qualifications

Must have a positive attitude and be highly motivated.
Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
Must be reliable.
Must be able to work at least 20 hours a week, consistently.
Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
High degree of proficiency in office procedures
Knowledge and practical experience regarding basic computer skills

Responsibilities

Coordinate service of legal documents with process servers, sheriffs, and constables.
Track cases to ensure court deadlines are met.
Communicate with attorneys and service providers.
Help ensure defendants receive proper legal notice as part of the legal process.
