Nossaman LLP is seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to support a team of litigation attorneys handling complex litigation matters in state and federal courts. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience managing sophisticated litigation support functions, including preparing and filing court documents across multiple jurisdictions. This position is well suited for a seasoned litigation professional who exercises sound judgment, demonstrates exceptional attention to detail, is a self-starter, thrives in a deadline-driven environment, and takes ownership of assignments from inception to completion. The position will be onsite 4+ days per week in our Sacramento office and will report to the Legal Support Services Supervisor.
The hourly range for the position of Legal Secretary at Nossaman is approximately $38.47 and $46.16 an hour. The successful candidate’s annual compensation for this position is reasonably expected to be set between $75,000 and $90,000 per year. However, actual compensation will depend on a variety of factors, including, without limitation, the candidate’s qualifications and experience.
